Akito Media is a full-service creative media agency based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. We provide digital and creative services including, but not limited to, social media marketing, website development, branding, graphic design, video editing, motion design, 3D modelling and animation, game trailers, and related services.

2. Services

All services provided by Akito Media are subject to written agreement, proposal, quotation, or invoice. The scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be defined prior to commencement of work. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our discretion, provided such refusal is lawful.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery
  • Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure they hold the legal rights to all content, assets, or materials supplied to Akito Media

Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of communication may impact delivery timelines.

4. Payments and Fees

All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be outlined in the relevant invoice or agreement.

  • Deposits may be required before work begins
  • Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Akito Media retains ownership of all original concepts, drafts, and unused materials
  • Upon full payment, clients are granted rights to use final deliverables for their intended purpose
  • Akito Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless confidentiality has been agreed.

6. Revisions and Approvals

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project agreement. Excessive revisions or changes to approved work may incur additional charges.

Client approval of deliverables signifies acceptance of the work as complete.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of a project, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Akito Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date
  • Any outstanding invoices become immediately payable

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with its functionality. All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Akito Media and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Akito Media may utilise third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
